Sean (or a guest practitioner) delivers a science breakdown. Format follows the Nippard formula: hook with a counter-intuitive claim → break down the science → cite the source → show it applied in our facility → CTA.
Real client on camera. One specific data point or transformation. Optional: split-screen with the protocol footage (Sean treating, athlete recovering, etc.) Always a number. Always permissioned.
The performance side of the service stack on rotation. Service in action, narrated by Sean or the practitioner. "What it does · who it's for · the science · how to book." Each modality gets its own franchise episode.
Friday is podcast day. Teaser cut goes to IG / TikTok / FB Reels — captions baked in, sharpest line in the first 1.5s, CTA back to YouTube. Same day, the longform episode drops on YouTube for the audience that wants depth.
Same spec as Thursday but pulled from the recovery side of the stack — cryo, sauna, red light, cold plunge, breathwork. Slower pace and calmer narration. The recovery brand gets equal screen time to performance.
Fast cuts. Training footage. Athletes mid-set. Sled pushes, sprint work, cryo plunges, sweat. No talking. Music does the heavy lifting. Monday opens the week, Saturday owns the weekend — same recipe, fresh footage each time.
